Fun in the Sun!
Wednesday, January 4th, 2012Play Time Outside!
Friday, September 9th, 2011
Hi there, and Happy Friday!
It was a short week for us, which is always nice!
Last weekend was a nice break, and the unofficial end of summer, unfortunately. The weather has even started to change already. It’s been grey and rainy all week, with highs only in the upper 60’s and low 70’s. Thankfully, we got plenty of play time outside last weekend!
My nephew is slowly becoming my brother’s clone. He has the same ornery grin, and the same way of getting into things that he shouldn’t be in and looking so darn cute about it that you just can’t get mad!
Fair Days Are Almost Here!
Sunday, August 28th, 2011
Looking for a way to unwind as you ease back into the school year?
Maybe you just need one last blast of fun before we say goodbye to summertime for another year.
Or maybe you think there’s nothing like fair food (funnel cakes!) for dinner.
No matter what your reason, your local county fair is a wonderful place to go!
Splatterday Saturday!
Friday, August 26th, 2011
Hi, and Happy Friday!
As summer starts to wind down and Labor Day approaches, I get ready to say farewell to one of my favorite summer activities: Saturday Splatterday.
Some friends of mine put up a big pool and built a beautiful deck this summer, and every Saturday a big group of us just show up for good times and sunshine.
Summertime: Here and Gone!
Thursday, August 25th, 2011
Labor Day is only about a week away, school is back in, and I have no idea where the summer went. I am not even sure if I remember celebrating the 4th of July.
As we all know, time definitely doesn’t slow down for anyone or anything.
Around here it is time to shift gears from show stuff to warehouse sale because, even though it is 2 months away, we will blink and it will be here. So let me be one of the first people to invite you to our annual Warehouse Sale the first weekend of November!
Have a good and safe Labor day, and hope to see you at the Warehouse Sale in November.

Still Running!
Friday, August 19th, 2011Hi, and Happy Friday!
As of last week, I hadn’t done a race since the 2 miler I did on the 4th of July. I finally buckled down and did my 4th race this year on Saturday.
Hall of Fame Parade Day!
Saturday, August 13th, 2011
It’s hard to believe the Hall of Fame festivities have come and gone already.
If you didn’t already know, Blossom Bucket, Inc. is located close to Canton, Ohio. Home of the Pro Football Hall of Fame!
Last week was our annual Hall of Fame week. There wasn’t an actual football game this year, but we still had a ton of fun!
The Timken Grand Parade was held on Saturday, August 6th. My daughter and the Tuslaw Marching Mustangs were one of the 110 entries in the parade. What a great day it was!
August Open Houses?
Saturday, August 6th, 2011August is here!
Seems like we were just celebrating the Last Night Out Before School’s Out at The Gateway to Amish Country, and here we are, busily preparing for our August back-to-school Spirit Event.
Gorgeous Summer Wedding
Friday, August 5th, 2011Hi again, and Happy Friday!
Two weeks ago, one of my best friends from college got married. Thanks to modern technology and Facebook, we’ve been able to stay in touch, even though we don’t live close to each other anymore.
I was so excited when she got engaged!
On the 23rd, my friend Ann and I loaded up the car and made the drive down to Wintersville, Ohio. It’s about an hour and a half from where we live, and we’re always ready for a little road trip.

One of my favorite things about summer is the great annual outdoor fairs and festivals that take place.
