Fall & Christmas Ordering Time!

116-85680I hope everyone had a nice Mother’s Day. I did! I love my kids…they sure did spoil me yesterday. I wish every day was Mother’s Day.

Now that Easter and Mother’s Day are behind us, it’s time to think fall and Christmas!  Stock is selling out quickly and we start shipping fall product in less than a month.

Yes, less than a month!!

I have so many favorite pieces this year. How can you not fall in love with this piece: “Chillin’ with my Peeps” (below) designed by Shelly Comiskey, or this “Skinny Woman” Witch (at left) designed by Dan DiPaolo?

Trade Show Travels!

116-85684It is hard to believe that the 2011 winter trade show season has arrived!

This is traditionally the busiest time of year for the sales department as our customers visit our showrooms to check out all of the creative new merchandise from Blossom Bucket.  It is always great to catch up with our customers and work with them as they make their purchasing decisions.

This year, I will be working back-to-back-to-back-to-back shows:  Philadelphia ~ Atlanta ~ Las Vegas~ Market Square.  This is a crazy schedule, and it is hard to be away from my family for so long, but with all of that travel, winter seems to pass by a lot more quickly!

‘Bucket Tricks and Treats!

It looks like this popular event may become a new ‘Bucket tradition.  This was only the second year for the family-friendly, all-ages event, but it’s definitely a hit!

Halloween Baking Time!

I am so excited for this weekend – our Halloween parties start tomorrow night! I have one this Saturday, one next Sautrday, and then I get to pass out candy on the 31st! How awesome is that?

I love Halloween so much - I’ve been planning my costume for months. Last weekend, my mom, two of my aunts, my grandma, my cousin, my brother, my nephew and I started our Halloween baking. It’s my favorite! The scarier our baked goods look, the happier I am. I know it’s sick – but I come by it honestly!
