August is here!
Seems like we were just celebrating the Last Night Out Before School’s Out at The Gateway to Amish Country, and here we are, busily preparing for our August back-to-school Spirit Event.
Greetings from Bucketville: Home of the Blossom Bucketeers!
Blossom Bucket, Inc. has been serving the retail industry for over 20 years, providing diverse and much-loved collections of primitive folk art, holiday creations, and general gifts. Now, we are looking forward to serving you!
August is here!
Seems like we were just celebrating the Last Night Out Before School’s Out at The Gateway to Amish Country, and here we are, busily preparing for our August back-to-school Spirit Event.
We just finished our June event and are already working on new product for the July event.
If you missed the June event, you missed some new jewelry that is hand made by girls in Taiwan. The mission is called Destiny Rescue. The purpose of this organization is to help rescue girls sold into slavery. The mission rescues the girls out of this terrible situation and offers them a place to rehabilitate. The girls are housed in a dormitory where they are taken care of, given counseling, and trained to make jewelry so they have a viable trade skill. The girls make enough money to help their families back home. It is not uncommon in the third world countries for the girls to be sent away to work in order to send money home to help take care of the rest of the family.

This weekend we had our Grand Re-Opening at The Gateway to Amish Country. We had a great turnout!

The weather was perfect and we were extremely busy. We wanted to share a few photos with you!
If you have a vendor’s license, and are in the area, then I hope we will be seeing you at The Gateway to Amish Country today for our vendor-only Grand Re-Opening event from 9am – 4pm.
If you’re not a vendor, but still live close enough to visit, we’ll be welcoming you to The Gateway on May 20th from 4pm – 9pm and May 21st 10am – 4pm for Girls’ Night Out before School Is Out!
Whether you’re able to come to The Gateway or not, you can still enjoy some of the colorful and original displays throughout, and maybe pick up a few ideas for your own decorating!
Above is a weathered cabinet which cheerfully showcases some Blossom Bucket, Inc. spring products! To help create that spring feeling, we added bird nests, moss mushrooms, wreaths and more, including several birds designed by Deb Strain.
Infusing an indoor display with few outdoor elements can breathe new life into your décor, while also adding color and texture. We’d love to see how you show off your favorite items at home or in your shop—share your photos on our Facebook page!
