We see signs, marquees, billboards, and more every day as we walk, ride, and drive throughout our cities and towns.
But, ask yourself, how many of them do you remember even a minute after you’ve read them? Better still, how many do you actually read at all?
Business owners are always looking for ways to not only grab your attention, but also to make themselves memorable. Word of mouth is the best form of advertising, and even if you’re not advocating for the company, just mentioning a creative sign to a friend spreads the word.

We came across an interesting article in Greenhouse Management & Production magazine that explores means of evaluating your company’s financial health through benchmarking. The article is geared toward the greenhouse and nursery industry, but many of the ideas could easily be applied within the home décor and gift industry, as well as many businesses and industries.
