We recently asked our designers, sales representatives, and staff to share some of their favorite Christmas memories and inspirations. Over the coming days, we will be sharing their responses with you. Here is what Chris Castillo, Utah sales representative, had to share:
What are your earliest Christmas memories?
When I was maybe 4 or 5 and getting up Christmas morning to a room full of toys. My parents went all out for my sister and myself at Christmas, even though they didn’t have a lot of money. They always made it special for us.
What is your favorite Christmas piece with Blossom Bucket? Why?
The 12 piece Nativity set with creche on page 91. I love the detail and think it’s a wonderful nativity set for any age. Barb Lloyd is also my favorite artist.
Is there anything else you would like to say to consumers and retailers this holiday season?
Christmas is a season of giving… Giving thanks for all that we have and helping others who are less fortunate than we are. We can all find great joy in giving back to our community, not only during the holidays, but throughout the year. I’d also like to say that we all need to start shopping and supporting our locally owned gift shops and other local stores, and there’s no better time to start than now.
