Hello, Happy Friday, and Happy 80th Birthday to my Grandma Dolly! How awesome is that!
I love birthdays, in case you never noticed. My Grandma is one of my best friends – she is so amazing. When I graduated from high school, she got together with my aunt and they took me to Mexico on a cruise. Yes, she is responsible for my love of cruising and traveling.
Tomorrow night, my family is throwing her a surprise party! I am so excited.
I’ve spent the past month or so compiling pictures of her and her friends and family, and I’ve made a DVD picture slideshow to play. I also had pictures taken of me, my brothers and sister-in-law, and my cousins for her. I can’t wait to see the look on her face!
I got her the “80… Creeps Up on You” piece by Barb Lloyd – it’s absolutely perfect! I am just so thankful for her, and so happy that we all have this opportunity to celebrate this milestone with her.
Happy Birthday, Grandma! I love you!
