What Fall Means for Northeast Ohio

Well, we are 2 weeks into October and there are a few things that anyone who lives in Northeast Ohio can count on at this time of year:

#1 – The Cleveland Indians’ season has been over for a couple of weeks now.

#2 – At least a couple of the Best players on the Indians team just 2 months ago are still playing in the playoffs. (Of course, for other teams)

#3 – The Cleveland Browns are in last place.

#4 – The mercury in the thermometer is not going nearly as high as we like it. (It’s getting cold)

But on the flip side, the Cleveland Cavaliers are just getting underway and we still have LeBron who will be teaming up with Shaq this year. If you are not a big sports fan, that means that we should be one of the top teams in the league this year.

Don’t miss this because I know that you can find a little something for everyone on your Christmas list, and the one thing I can guarantee you is that it won’t break your bank while doing so. I look forward to seeing all of you over the first full weekend of November.

Whether you want to cheer on your team, rag on ours, share some thoughts on or ask questions about the Warehouse Sale, we’d love to hear from you!

It’s true; the Cavs at least give us something to look forward to, but thank goodness for the Buckeyes! With them, we at least have a team that we can celebrate NOW. It may not be a perfect season, but they’re playing hard and settling in for the long haul. Kind of sad when your NCAA team looks better than your NFL team, though.

    Dave-
If I were an Indians fan, I’d be furious–they’ve given (yes, literally given away) away their franchise players in Sabathia, Lee, Martinez and Bentacourt. Not much left.
    Hope to see you soon

Cute stuff about the sports teams. And I’m counting down the days to the warehouse sale.
