Going to New Lengths!

whatlengthsTo what lengths would you go to protect your tools?

Answer this question to participate in our new “What Lengths” campaign!

Here’s the scoop…

In a blog post a few months back, Cindy shared a photo of her bright pink drill. Finally fed up with being unable to find her tools after they’d been “borrowed” by her husband and son, she spray painted her personal implements pink.

Pink Drill It’s an effective deterrent since, as Cindy said, “No guy wants to be seen with a pink drill!”

Now, we’re posing the question to you.

To what lengths would you go to protect your tools? We want to hear your stories, and see photos of the creative ways you’ve personalized the tools of your trade!

But, wait…

THERE’S MORE!

Because October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we have a special incentive for our participants!

For each of our first 20 entries, Blossom Bucket, Inc. will make a $25 donation to the American Cancer Society!

Official entries must be sent to BlossomBlogger@BlossomBucket.com. Please include your name, store name (if applicable), at least one photo, and a little information about how and why you chose to personalize your tools! We also welcome your comments below!

We can’t wait for all the fantastic ideas to start pouring in!

As the entries are received, we will be posting regular updates on the blog, Facebook, and Twitter. Stay tuned!

To what lengths would you go to protect your tools? What other creative measures have you taken at home or in your business to “make your mark?”

Sadly, my method is far from creative. They are simply locked in my storage area, with another lock, a combination lock, on the toolbox. I had to implement this after my electric screwdriver disappeared. Alas, how I miss it!
